Our Story
Welcome to our little corner of the world! We are the Quinonez family, a joyful team of six living on a beautiful 6-acre homestead in Central Florida. We are deeply passionate about living out the vision God has placed on our hearts. What began as a simple desire for a home has blossomed into a full-fledged homestead, and it’s all thanks to God’s faithful guidance. About a year ago, in April 2024, God led us to this property—an unexpected blessing we didn’t initially know would become a homestead. At that time, we had no idea we would be embarking on this beautiful journey, but God’s plan was already unfolding. After receiving the property, the Lord revealed to us a vision for what we are building here, and with unwavering faith, we’ve been committed to yielding and obeying His will every step of the way. We are confident that this homestead is part of a bigger purpose for His kingdom and we are excited to see where it leads. Our journey so far has been one of growth, learning to wait on and trust in God. We currently have 12 chickens—11 laying hens and 1 rooster—and have built a sturdy chicken coop to keep them safe and happy. Just recently, we received 9 adorable chicks, and we are planning to build a new coop for them soon. We also have two goats, who will begin providing us with fresh milk in about a year. God’s provision has been incredible, and we are moving forward in faith as we continue to build and expand. At the beginning of 2025, we faced a financial halt in building our homestead. However, we remained steadfast in our faith, knowing that our vision was divinely inspired. We have been waiting on the Lord faithfully and with excitement, we recognize that "ATHOME-Beauty for Ashes" all-natural skincare collection is the provision we've been waiting for, allowing us to fulfill His vision for our homestead and glorify His name in the process. We eagerly embrace this new chapter and the blessings it will bring. Our next steps include fencing the entire perimeter of our property and constructing a barn for some milking cows. We are also excited to amp up our garden—currently, we have three garden beds and three fruit trees, but we are looking forward to growing even more in the seasons ahead. Our homestead is truly a testament to God’s goodness and provision. As we continue to grow, we are committed to glorifying Jesus in everything we do. We believe that there is a bigger picture to what He is leading us into, and we are excited to share this journey with you.
