Our Story
Welcome to our little corner of the world! We are the Quinonez family—a joyful family of six living on a beautiful 6-acre homestead in Central Florida.

What began as a simple desire for a home is growing into something far greater than we could have ever imagined. In April 2024, the Lord led us to this property—an unexpected blessing that we didn’t yet realize would become the foundation of a thriving, faith-driven homestead. Even now, we can see that God is still writing this story.
​
As we continue to surrender to His leading, He is revealing a vision—one rooted in faith, stewardship, family, and purpose. Step by step, we are choosing to walk in obedience, trusting Him fully, even when we can’t see the full picture. This homestead is becoming more than just our home—it is growing into a place of provision, learning, community, and ministry.
​
What started with a few animals and a growing garden is continuing to expand into something truly special. Today, our homestead is home to a growing flock of chickens, goats, gardens, and hands-on learning experiences that reflect the beauty of God’s creation. And it continues to grow.
At the heart of it, God is building Rising Farmers Academy, our Christ-centered farm school where children and teens come to learn life-sustaining skills, build confidence, and grow in their faith. Each season, each class, and each student is part of what He is doing here.

The Lord continues to open doors beyond what we could have planned. What once felt like a season of pause and uncertainty became the beginning of a new level of provision. Through ATHOME-stead Beauty for Ashes, our all-natural skincare line, God is providing a way for us to continue building the vision He has placed on our hearts. Truly, it is His provision for His vision.
And He is not finished.

As we continue to grow, we are stepping into more—expanding our farm school, launching farm events and parties, growing our gardens, and developing this land into a space where families can gather, learn, and experience the goodness of God in a tangible way.
Every fence post, every animal, every class, and every opportunity is part of what He is doing right now.

This homestead is not just about farming—it is about stewardship. It is about raising the next generation to know how to work with their hands, trust in the Lord, and recognize His hand in all things. It is about creating a place where faith and practical life come together in a meaningful, living way.

We believe this is part of a much bigger purpose for His Kingdom, and we are honored to walk it out daily as He continues to lead.
