Build confidence under the hood. This hands-on workshop at ATHOME-stead Family Farm gives teens and adults guided practice with essential fluid checks and oil changes. Learn to check essential vehicle fluids and work through an oil change step by step. Build familiarity with the tools and maintenance tasks that help you care for a vehicle. With just five participants, our small-group format allows time for questions, personal guidance, and practice. Want to use your own vehicle? You can volunteer it for the workshop oil change at no extra cost, and we’ll provide the oil and filter. Please contact us in advance at 321-330-6795 so we can confirm it’s a good fit. WORKSHOP DETAILS • Ages 14+; teens and adults welcome • No previous experience needed • Two sessions: Monday and Friday, 4:00–7:00 PM • Six hours of instruction total • $300 per participant, including both sessions • Limited to five participants • Offered monthly on scheduled dates • All tools and supplies provided GOOD TO KNOW • Participants under 18 need a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. • Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes that can get dirty. Book your preferred month to reserve your place. Registration covers both sessions of that workshop. Step Up For Students funds accepted. Cancellation Policy
Registration covers both sessions of your selected workshop. Cancellations received at least 14 days before the first session qualify for a full refund. For cancellations received fewer than 14 days before the first session, payments are nonrefundable. If we refill your spot, you may transfer your registration to a future workshop, subject to availability. If ATHOME-stead cancels the workshop, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future workshop.
